The Sapphire Lodge is a special property designed from the ground up to cater to large groups, from family reunions to corporate retreats. Upstairs features an incredible bunk room with Full over Full bunk beds, 65" TV, and game tables. Fun in the snow

Although this place is beautiful and we did have a fantastic time there were some major hiccups. The fireplace couldn’t be turned on with it being 5 degrees outside, the propane on the grill was empty so we couldn’t cook what was planned for dinner Friday night, the hot tub was locked in its setting so we couldn’t get it warm and when we arrived to the house it was 58 degrees of which we needed to heat up. I will say by Saturday late morning after we called all the items were resolved but the fireplace however all should have been ready for us before we got there. If you plan to have wine or an adult beverage this place is not prepared or stocked for you at all. If you wear makeup they don’t want you to use their white towels but didn’t provide anything else for you to use. The bathrooms are not stocked at all so make sure you bring everything you use inside and outside the shower as well as a blow dryer. On the other hand if there is enough snow and cold like we had during our stay the road right next to the house was the best sledding hill for a bunch of crazy wanna be young adults having a little Valentines fun. The views out all the back windows are spectacular!!

Beautiful Property!

Would stay here again! Excellent property! Owners did a great job with all the beds and bedding. House really does sleep a lot of people! Kids loved all the games available in the home. Love the layout of the home and all the seating in the kitchen and family room.

The fireplace was not turning on. We contacted host to ask directions on how to turn it on. The host was unable to assist so sent maintenance out to repair. However, they were unable to repair therefore we were without a fireplace our whole visit. We also struggled with getting the hot tub set to heat up. Overall, a very nice home with a gorgeous view. A few great restaurants within about 10 miles. We skied at Beaver Mountain and snowmobiled at Beaver Creek. Great memories made for our teenagers and my parents!

I think they have improved a lot on some of the reviews that were left before. The host was responsive during normal hours. We had a very minor plumbing issue come up and it was fixed very promptly. The house and view are beautiful! Would recommend this place to any large group.

It was a great vacation except that we had to go to store and buy our own garbage bags, dish washing sponge, washing detergent. And big minus is that this house has 3 car garage and it's locked. Temperature is very cold out there and we had to sit and drive in a freezing car! We had questions and texted them about it but never got a response.

This place was beautiful and new and had fun things to do, but we had lots of trouble and got VERY slow responses or no response at all which caused our short stay to be a HUGE bummer. We had problems with the carbon monoxide detectors and spent a couple of hours our first night there with our crew of 9 in cars outside in the snow. The responding fire department as well as some comments in the guestbook indicated that these alarms had been a problem previously as well, but still had not been calibrated. We didn’t get a response from the homeowner about this until the next day after we’d already had to deal with everything on our own. One of the main reasons we chose this house was for the hot tub, but it halfway worked the first night and the second day we couldn’t get it to work at all. We contacted the homeowner then too, but again with no response until the day we were checking out. We also asked for snow shovels and a way to clear the driveway so that we could get our cars out in the snow, but didn’t receive a response and had to go borrow from a neighbor and purchase our own. We reached out as well for a partial refund since we were not able to fully enjoy the house, but were very quickly declined with no explanation and no counter offer. We are needing to have Airbnb get involved to help settle the dispute. Overall, great house, but has problems and extremely disappointed in the management and responses.

This house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures!!!! So much room and wonderful for big groups. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances etc. We loved it!
